Freedom House Youth!

Welcome back!! Hope you all had a great summer. We are going to start off this year of fantastically fun youth with amazing race! We have changed the amazing race to September 16th due to too many conflicts, this will be our first youth night. Meet at the church at 630 so we can be starting the race by 7, and pick up will be at 10 back at the church. We are planning to go to a Starfield concert on the 30th of September, it is going to cost $15, please have your money to Sarah by the 16th of September! You can always give it to her before that at church too ;) Also, we are going to be doing a RAK for the University Students in our area in a few weeks, and we need non-perishable food items (such as Kraft Dinner, Zoodles, Soup, etc). If you can start bringing some in ASAP that'd be great!! Ask everyone you know if they can spare a few cans :)

Hey everyone! We are going to have a pool party and BBQ at Hannah, Aleya and Noah's house on August 5th from 630-1030pm. They live at 17 Knightswood Cres, Brantford. Please remember to bring bathing suit, towel and a snack! Hope to see you all there!

So apparently we're going to get some rain tonight, so we're changing our plans. We're going to have a movie night at the Nelson's (4 Tanglewood Terrace). Snacks will be provided! Please arrange for a ride to and from the Nelson's at 7pm and 10pm. Thanks! Sorry about the late notice!

So this Friday we are going to the Vos's house in Burford for a campfire. If you need a ride, we will have a few seats for people and will be in the BMO parking lot at 7pm SHARP! Do not be late or we will be leaving without you. If you can get a ride out there, the address is 59 King Street, Burford, ON, drop off is 7, pick up is 10. Saturday, we will be meeting at the Nelson's at 830am. We should be back around 1130pm, but we will have the youth text parents for exact pick up time at the Nelson's. Make sure you bring, money or food for both lunch and dinner, sunblock, appropriate clothing for the weather, and your membership if you have one! Sarah will be bringing all the tickets.

So this Friday is on you guys! It's your night, hope your ready - it's finally here - the YOUTH RUN NIGHT! Message Sarah if you need anything for it by THURSDAY or she won't have time to get it! Also, remember to bring your money THIS FRIDAY- the 17th - for wonderland if your coming. So far Brayden Beattie is the only one that has told us he's coming! It's $45 if you don't have a membership and $30 if you do!

Hey everyone, just wanted to remind you to get back to Sarah if you can help out at any time on Saturday for the sale - so far we have very few volunteers. Also, if you are volunteering, remember to bring snacks and drinks - it may be a hot day!
